C.O.A. - Certificate of Authenticity.

We use an online database to store the Certificate of Authenticity - OnlineCOA.co.uk.

OnlineCOA.co.uk is an online (C.O.A.) Confirming Ownership of Autograph database for all your autograph and memorabilia needs. Each items is assigned a security / COA code and then linked to the owners surname. The item can then be viewed at anytime anywhere in the world via the database.

Each item we sell at Has-Been-Signed Memorabilia is tagged with our tamper proof official C.O.A. assigned a 7 -digit security code and then linked with the buyers surname. You can then enter both sets of details into the online database at anytime to view the item you have purchased.

Simply enter the 7 digit Has-Been-Signed Memorabilia security code that you will find on your C.O.A. Sticker, which will be on the back of your photographs, displays etc (if possible) or provided to you separately on request at the time of purchase. Then enter the purchasers surname and click search. Remember you can only find your item if you have both the 7 digit security code and the correct purchasers surname for each particular item.

Please note: We cannot transfer any items sold by Has-Been-Signed Memorabilia to a new owner. If a different surname is required on the C.O.A .please advise at the time of purchase as once the details are uploaded onto the database for security reasons they cannot be changed afterwards.

It is appreciated that buying autographs can be a daunting task even for the experienced collector. So for peace of mind and absolute confidence ALL signed items sold by Has-Been-Signed Memorabilia are unconditionally guaranteed for life and are accompanied by a tamper proof C.O.A. attached. 

On some signed memorabilia it may not be possible to attach the COA sticker as this may mar or devalue your purchase i.e theatre flyers, programmes, double signed album pages etc. In this case the COA sticker will be sent unattached.

With OnlineCOA your C.O.A. is a small tamperproof sticker placed on the back of your item (if possible) and is non-removable.
